Performance Measure 5: Community-based service systems will be organized so families can use them easily. Why is this important?In order for families to value and benefit from services for CYSHCN, the system of services must be organized so that families know how and where to get the services they need. It is equally important that the services are organized and delivered in culturally effective, family-centered, and accessible settings.
