Opening Doors into Rural Communities Webcast

Opening Doors into Rural Communities (ODRC) provided technical assistance and evaluated the efforts of four rural communities as they developed more comprehensive, coordinated early intervention systems from 1997-2001. The final product of the ODRC Project was to produce a 90-minute national webcast called What's a Community To Do? Helping Families Help Their Children with Special Needs. This production was aired on October 12, 2001.
