Focus on Progress

The Focus on Progress State Snapshots are now stored on the ChampionsInc website.

Focus on Progress provides a quick reference for sharing information with families, state and community programs, legislators, and other partners about community-based systems of services for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN).

For each state, the Focus on Progress includes:

• An overview of state's CYSHCN services and contact information
• A state data profile based on the National Survey of CYSHCN (2001)
• State accomplishments related to the six national outcomes for CYSHCN
• A community snaphot of the state's CYSHCN in action
• Useful websites & links
