The purpose of the following website is to disseminate a four-step process for assisting states in their responsibility to create a comprehensive system of care for children with special health care needs and their families as outlined in the federal 10-year action plan, Healthy People 2010. The Assessment to Action website is the result of a 5-year project funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau's Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs (DSCSHN). |
