Related DocumentsEIRI Measuring and Monitoring ProjectThe Measuring and Monitoring project, or M&M, focused on assisting states to develop and implement a national strategy for monitoring and reporting progress toward Healthy People 2010's outcomes for children with special health care needs. The M&M Project was funded by DSCSHN and was a collaborative endeavor of the Early Intervention Research Institute at Utah State University and six states: Vermont, South Carolina, Ohio, Arizona, Utah, and Oregon. The project ran from September 1998 through August 2002. The M&M documents provided here include, among other things, the indicators crafted by teams from the participating states.
